May 12, 2014My name is Nancy Peto and I am a volunteer for the Simon Kenton Council. Specifically, I chair the Activities Committee. Our Council has always been Conservation minded and still is involved at the unit level across central and southern Ohio plus several counties in Kentucky.
We are hosting a summit with our central Ohio outdoor partners to develop and discuss mutually beneficial program opportunities for units. Our Program, Camping and Training Committees will also be joining us.
Please let me know if you might be interested and able to attend. We are looking to have this Summit onSaturday, November 8, 2014. We would gather at 9 AM and dismiss by noon. It will be held at the Leadership Development Center on Kinnear Road in Columbus.
