Children and Teens Forget to Make Time for Play

Children and teens are busier than ever these days. Between organized sports, music lessons, part-time jobs, and homework, its a wonder that young people have any free time at all. While society values a well-rounded and experienced young person, what are the downsides of always being on the go? Should we sign our children up for every class, lesson, job, and opportunity that presents itself, or should we give them that time for relaxation and play?
