The Collaborative has been invited to take part in Clintonville and Worthington’s effort to participate in the National Service Day being declared by President-elect Obama for Martin Luther King Day Weekend.
There will be a community fair focusing on Health and Hunger Jan. 17 and another event on the 18th you can see at the link above.
Because we deal with children’s health through our work, we have been invited to have a free table at the Jan. 17 event!
This will be from 8 am – 2 pm Jan. 17 at the Holiday Inn Worthington.
Please comment below if you are interested in participating or can staff the table for a couple hours. We desperately need volunteers if we are to pull this off! You don’t need to have any special expertise – just be conversant about Leave No Child Inside and pass out whatever brochures we have available. Thanks!
