In an effort to remove barriers for attendees who have children, we have accommodations and activities available for your children, but we’ll need a bit of your help.
We created family pricing and you can register your children on the same form and you will be placed in a cabin together.
On Saturday, there are four optional sessions:
- Two adult discussion sessions
- Two Nature Play sessions
Youth are welcome in the Nature Play sessions, with your supervision.
We also want you to be able to attend at least one adult discussion session. We would ask that you plan to supervise (with other adults) a youth activity during one session to free up other parents, and then you will be able to attend the other session while your children are kept busy by other adults. You do not need to think up the youth activity. Just be available to trade your time “babysitting” during one session in order to participate, “kid free” in another session. Please let us know if this will work for you. We want to maintain the integrity of the adult discussion and networking without leaving families feeling they have to choose between attending or not due to child care responsibilities.
