Grandparents.com launches initiative for grandparents to take kids outside to play!

This is somewhat playground oriented (donations benefit KaBOOM!, a nonprofit group that build playgrounds) but still good because the site links to articles on the benefits of outdoor play.

We’re inviting grandparents to come together to spend 1 million hours outside with their grandkids this summer ‘” and tell us about it. Beyond the benefits to you and your grandkids, Grandparents.com will donate a penny to KaBOOM! for each hour you log. That’s $10,000 when we hit our goal.
