It is information about a trip to Costa Rica in late Feb that is being organized by a friend Dr. Alan Stam (professor of Biology at Capital

U) and Cheryl Rapose who first introduced me to Mindfulness. She studied with Jon Kabit-Zinn. Both of them are amazing folks, and bring their expertise to blend the content of nature with the wisdom of noticing.

I plan to attend and have shared that I will promote this first time adventure by the 2 of them to my friends near and far. I hope you can go and I hope that you will spread the word to others who might be interested.
