October 19, 2010The Delaware County Friends of the Trail cordially invites you to the official opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Hoover Scenic Trail. All are welcome! We will have coffee and refreshments at the trail head on Plumb Road between State Route 3 and South Old 3C Road.

Location: Plumb Road between State Route 3 and South Old 3C Road.
Parking: at the Plumb Road trail head, at Wiese Road one mile north, or at Char Mar park, one mile south on Lewis Center Road
