Pearl Market, COSI, Columbus Crew Promote Healthy Living
Kids’ Day ‘“ Tuesday, July 26

Pearl Market, COSI and Columbus Crew will join forces on Tuesday, July 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., to promote healthy living and explore the science behind growing food. The no-cost program includes live music and entertainment, hands-on activities and give-aways.
COSI will set up Science Spot, a traveling science exhibition that gives families the opportunity to play, explore, and learn about science. Science Spot’s hands-on kiosks feature activities to help families learn about basic science concepts, including force & motion, structures, magnetism, gadgets and more.
Staff from the Columbus Crew will be on site to promote active living and will be giving away tickets to upcoming games at Crew Stadium.
Children can talk with farmers and merchants while learning about how healthy eating and what foods will help them grow. There will plenty of hands-on arts and crafts, and children will dance to the live music played especially for them.
Kids’ Day at Pearl Market welcomes daycare centers and summer campers.
