In late September 2012, the focus of the world’s ecological community will be on Columbus and the central Ohio region. Following successful turns in Copenhagen, Halifax and Beijing, EcoSummit 2012 is coming to the United States for the first time. World leaders in ecology, environmental and energy fields will convene to develop a better understanding of the complex nature of ecological systems and to provide a high-profile platform for dialogue among researchers, planners and decision-makers.
MORPC, The Ohio State University, the City of Columbus and the Ecological Society of America will host this momentous event at the Columbus Convention Center September 30 through October 5, 2012 in Columbus, USA.
