Grove City officials are seeking input for the city’s parks and recreation master plan. The parks and recreation department launched an online survey Wednesday, Oct. 27 to collect information for the master plan, which was last changed in 2006, department director Kim Conrad said. “We started working on it in April or May of this year,” Conrad said. The master plan guides the city in terms of developing and improving its parks. “It’s a working blueprint that gives the parks and recreation department direction on where to go as far as capital projects. It’s definitely a working document because you can’t predict everything that comes up in the future,” Conrad said. The plan describes how the city’s parks should look in five to 10 years.
