Presenters: Diane Lambert, National Center for Safe Routes to School Robert Ping, Safe Routes to School National Partnership What is Safe Routes to School (SRTS)? How can I get a program started in my community? Who can I partner with? Join us for a webinar to answer these questions. This webinar will provide basic information and resources to help get your Safe Routes to School program off the ground or enhance your existing program. Diane Lambert of the National Center for SRTS will kick-off the webinar with an overview of SRTS, how it began, what a program typically includes, and how to best access additional resources and technical support. Diane will be joined by Robert Ping of the SRTS National Partnership. Robert will discuss the SRTS National Partnership’s SRTS program resources, and how local policies and community partnerships will help your program succeed. This webinar is part of the Safe Routes to School Coaching Action Network Webinar Series, developed by America Walks and the National Center for Safe Routes to School.
