Who is a Microsoft Access whiz who can give some time?

We have a database of members, but we’re realizing we need more than one database, linked together. Access is the perfect tool, but none of us are skilled at it.
We have a spreadsheet of everyone who has ever contacted us, (or we, them) but we also need to be able to pull a table of only actual members, and also of people from different regions of the state we are in touch with, etc.

Please reply to the email if you can help! We like to work in Google Docs, but it’s not necessary.
