We received big news: the full House of Representatives is planning to vote on H.R. 3036, the No Child Left Inside Act of 2008 in
September. This gives us several weeks to make our support known to all members of Congress.

Our Collaborative has already requested a meeting with these two members of Congress, which we hope to attend in conjunction with Brenda Metcalf, executive director of the Environmental Education Council of Ohio, and we have written letters in support of the legislation in the past. We have also signed on as members of the NCLI Coalition.
