A planner from Baltimore has contacted us for information on our progress, since they are planning their first event in Baltimore!
Member Brenda Metcalf, executive director of Environmental Education Council of Ohio, is taking the DVD from the summit to the North American Association for Env. Education conference in Virginia today! (Nov. 9) We are thrilled that she’ll be able to update such a large audience on our progress here in Central Ohio!
Co-Chair Jenny Morgan has been invited to the Governor’s Mansion with the singers from Columbus School for Girls to sing the LNCI-related songs we heard at the summit! Congratulations Jenny!
John O’Meara, executive director of Metro Parks, has dedicated his quarterly column in ParkScope to information about Leave No Child Inside. The winter issue will be distributed in The Columbus Dispatch on Wednesday Nov. 28 and should be available in your Metro Parks about a week earlier. Thanks John!
