March 11, 2008I wanted to share this with the entire membership. LNCI Central Ohio Collaborative will be applying for funds.
Dear Colleague,
On behalf of the Central Ohio Primary Care Foundation (COPCF), attached you will find a Request for Proposals from eligible organizations for grants that support COPCF’s mission to promote the overall physical and emotional health of the central Ohio community.
COPCF’s grantmaking priorities include the following:
1. Access to prescriptions 2. Family shelters 3. Food pantries (nutrition emphasis) 4. Mental health 5. Screenings for the uninsured
Applications are due on or before Friday, March 28, 2008 (by 11:59 p.m.). Please see the attached Request for Proposals for application guidelines.
